Cars are a very good transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is convenient to access a place to park, and most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. The bicycle is a somewhat poor mode of transportation in Brier Park as there are few bike lanes, and there are a fair number of slopes. Traveling by foot is also not especially practical for home buyers in Brier Park since few day-to-day errands can be run without a car.
